Pringles Testing New Flavor: Urn Ashes Eick June 3, 2008 Bizarre, Snacks Fredric J. Baur, creator of the Pringles can, was so proud of his creation, that when he died a few weeks ago, his family honored his wishes by burying some of his ashes in a Pringles can. No word if it was a can for original Pringles, or if he stated a preference for Sour Cream & Onion, BBQ or another flavor variety. Also no word it the can was laid to rest in a vertical or horizontal fashion, but I’m going to guess horizontal. Headlines rejected as even more tasteless than the one I used: “Once your heart goes pop, the fun will stop” “A life that stopped, an urn that goes pop” “Betcha can’t bury just one” The following two tabs change content below.BioLatest Posts Eick Latest posts by Eick (see all) Fast Food Bracket Round 1: Jack in the Box vs. Five Guys, KFC vs. Checkers - March 3, 2016 BK’s “Polygameat” Campaign Shockingly Similar to Wendy’s “Meatatarian” Campaign - September 16, 2014 Surge Wins Discontinued Foods Bracket! - April 12, 2013 Leave a ReplyYour email address will not be published.CommentName* Email* Website Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
