I’m pretty sure it’s not that bad. Actually it may be very good; mixing the very sweet taste of the dessert with the salty taste of bacon might create something… special. Worth trying, but I would not recommend serving it in a restaurant haha.. EasyComfortFoods March 13th, 2009 Bacon is good, creme brûlée is amazing, but mixing both? I’m pretty sure it’s not that bad. Actually it may be very good; mixing the very sweet taste of the dessert with the salty taste of bacon might create something… special.
