Burger King Introduces Brussel Sprouts Burger Eick January 4, 2011 Bizarre, Burgers, Fast Food 4 Comments Not in the U.S., but in the U.K. I fell in love with brussel sprouts a little over a year ago after always just assuming I hated them because of the bad rap they get. However, one thing that is good about brussel sprouts is their texture. This is an odd way to serve them. There aren’t any brussel sprouts on the burger in their natural state, instead they are ground up into a paste, mixed with Emmentaler cheese and formed into a patty that is placed on top of the burger. Weird.
