Popeyes to Introduce Zatarain’s Butterfly Shrimp Eick June 20, 2012 Fast Food 1 Comment Our very own Sam is on the ground at Popeye’s HQ to report on some breaking news. On Monday, June 25th, Popeyes will debut a new menu item, Zatarain’s Butterfly Shrimp. Popeyes is partnering with the famous New Orleans/Cajun food producer, in business since 1889. You may know them from their pre-packaged Jambalaya or Dirty Rice mixes you can find in most every grocery store in the country. Sam snapped a few pictures of the new product while on location: The new Zatarain’s Butterfly Shrimp Box will contain eight butterfly shrimp, a buttermilk biscuit, fries and lemon garlic sauce for $4.99.
