Eating Styles: Buffalo Wings Edition! Sam January 21, 2013 Chicken, Eating Styles 6 Comments It’s Monday, which means it’s time for another Eating Styles poll. Today’s question has to do with one of our favorite Super Bowl foods: buffalo wings. Specifically, what kind of sauce do you prefer? Of course there’s your typical mild, medium and hot buffalo flavor. Based on Buffalo Wild Wings happy hour menu, this could get spicy. But most places have an Asian-inspired option (like Buffalo Wild Wings’s Asian Zing flavor) or an Italian flavor that doesn’t seem to belong on a chicken wing but still tastes great (such as Quaker Steak & Lube’s Golden Garlic sauce). And of course there’s always the sauce so hot you’ll feel it for days and smells like something that belongs in your car engine. Which wing flavor do you prefer? Vote for your favorite option below and explain in the comments. Take Our Poll The following two tabs change content below.BioLatest Posts Sam My name is Sam and all I care about is food. Most wing places meter the heat by the amount of sauce. So those of us that like em hot have to order drowned wings or just settle for medium. Reply Mark January 21st, 2013 Plain ole hot. Though they have to be crispy. Soggy wings are so disappointing. I love some of the styles out there but when someone says they want wings without any other specifications they hot buffalo wings. Reply Not-so-famous Dave January 21st, 2013 I usually ask for dry rub crispy Reply Smokin' January 21st, 2013 Agree with not so famous. Dry rub – all the flavor without the goo.
