Discontinued Foods Bracket: Ecto Cooler vs. Zima Eick April 3, 2013 Discontinued Foods Bracket Voting on this match-up is now closed. Ecto Cooler (83%) destroys Zima (17%). Hi-C’s Ecto Cooler was released in 1987 as a product tie-in with the cartoon series The Real Ghostbusters. All domestic production had ceased by 2008, although they still sell it in Japan.
