Fruitopia was created by Coca-Cola in 1994 and was intended to compete with Snapple and other increasingly popular fruit flavored beverages. In 2003 it was discontinued in the United States, although it still lives on in Australia & Canada as a juice brand. So far in the tournament it has defeated Orbitz 64%-36% and Snapple Elements 65%-35%. Hi-C’s Ecto Cooler was released in 1987 as a product tie-in with the cartoon series The Real Ghostbusters. It was discontinued in 2001 and renamed Shoutin’ Orange Tangergreen…then renamed Crazy Citrus Cooler in 2006 and finally killed off in 2007. So far in the tournament it has defeated Squeezeit 53%-47% and Zima 83%-17%.
