You Will Love This Twist on A Chipotle Salsa Classic Here is a little more island inspiration for you! Tying in some heat with the chipotle chili powder and the sourness of the lime juice with the added freshness of the lime zest. I’m willing to bet that this salsa will leave the bowl faster than you can refill it. But beware! If you have not used chipotle chili powder before do not be fooled. This is not your average chili powder. This chili powder packs a large amount of heat and trust me a little bit goes a long way here. I would highly recommend tasting the lime juice and chili powder mixture before adding, and adding a little at a time. For those of you out there who like me; love heat and have to add extra because over the years have killed more than half the taste buds on your tongue I would follow the recipe as is and maybe even add a little more (see note at the end of recipe for adding more heat). Either way, the heat in this recipe is adjustable and the flavors are unbeatable so add the heat you need to enjoy the salsa and not burn your butt doing it! Enjoy!
